Our friends (and former catering clients) at Edgeworks Creative Marketing Inc. did a fantastic job on a complete website makeover! We've now got more relevant information for our catering clients. Updated details about beverage service and our forays into on-site/retail sales will help keep everyone clued in to the latest and greatest from our wood-fired ovens. Including whole fish.
We've finally taken the advice we've been getting for years and are going to actually post to instagram (and facebook too probably) so you can keep up with all the things we're doing. Like cooking whole fish in the pizza oven! Or selling t-shirts (yeah, we're still doing it). Or building a cool winter weather ready pizza slinging station (ideas? extra railcars?)

Our commitment to a local food system extends beyond our doorstep. In addition to working directly with Provender Farm in Cabot, we also partner with other farmers and organic food producers in the area. From gathering and growing our own food to sourcing provisions from local organic farmers, we stand by our "farm-to-table" approach. Woodbelly was started in 2008 by two friends on a CSA farm in Morrisville, selling our pizza at the local market there. We also made the trip to Montpelier every Friday night to prepared our dough on a friend's porch for the morning Farmers Market.
Born out of the cooperative spirit and the gift of friendship, Woodbelly is now organized as a worker-owned cooperative.
